Haven for the Ravens is a safe place and sanctuary with God. This was an awesome event. It was a safe place to be in — to be encouraged and uplifted in all areas of my life. Dr. Brehon is an awesome woman of God, who has opened up her heart and her sanctuary for others to be in a safe place. Her humility and wisdom are a mantle given by God to be a blessing to others.
I did not realize how much I needed time for "me" until I got out of the house (box) and spent time with my mentor. In our travels and during lunch, I answered no phone calls nor text messages. This time was for me and I truly appreciated it. I was given words of encouragement, as always, and advice on caring for my physical and spiritual well-being. She is a spiritual bodybuilding coach like none other! I am so thankful that she's not only a part of my life, but my family's life as well.
Thank you, Dr. Coach, for the Haven for Ravens. This past several months have been a roller coaster… God saw that I was growing tired. He knew my cup was empty. Going to the Haven gave me closure while grieving over the loss of a loved one. I received healing, solitude, refreshments and nourishment for my body, renewal, clarity and transformation.
